12/08/2025 Ahearn Memo Addressing Questions/Statements re: 2025 Industry Report This memo, authored by CCC Executive Director Travis Ahern, recounts the investigation into the 2025 Industry Report to the Mass Legislature. Language in the “Considerations,” which are the report’s recommendations, was edited by General Counsel Kajal Chattopadhyay, who removed phrases which acknowledged the prevalence of fraudulent results in
